Of course, all Fleqs jobs come with a lifetime warranty on installation and product warranty according to manufacturer's guidelines.

What products do you offer?

FLEQS uses quality products from trusted suppliers. Go to the shop to choose from a range of carefully selected lighting, fans, smoke detectors and switches for a quality, easy fix solution. Remember our product prices include installation.


Can I supply my own materials?

FLEQS standard pricing includes the cost of product and installation. We buy direct from the wholesaler in bulk quantities to save you money. But yes we have an Install Only option.


Which areas do you service?

FLEQS currently operates in all areas of the Gold Coast. More areas coming soon.

Can I book Fleqs jobs after hours?

Yes! We’re here to help you out with those small electrical jobs around the home or office with our unique, automated calendar. That means being available to book after hours. Choose your product, book a time that suits you and relax knowing that the job will be sorted by a trained professional soon.



Why Use FLEQS?

We often see people reluctant to replace an electrical item in their home and feel they need to 'save them up' in order to have more jobs for when the electrician comes around to save money and time. This can sometimes take months or years. FLEQS is designed NOT to be a one-off service, but a company you can depend on and use according to your budget, style and convenience


Can I change my appointment time?

If you are available the whole day, you can select the FLEQSI option and we’ll squeeze you in earlier. Just select 'yes, fit me in earlier' and if we are running ahead of schedule, we’ll give you a call. If you're home, we’ll be over in a flash. If you need to change any other details of your order, please get in touch with the service team on admin@fleqs.com.au.


What happens if something goes wrong with the job?

Sometimes jobs don’t go to plan. If we discover something isn’t right, we’ll let you know immediately and discuss options to ensure your property is safe and a solution is reached. Please read our Standard install Policy


What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior or this will result in the forfeit of your deposit. If you are not home when we arrive this will also result in loss of deposit, but don’t worry we will text you before we are due to arrive.


Are all your installers fully qualified?

Absolutely. All FLEQS installers are fully qualified and experienced electricians. Our job is to make your life easier with a flexible, quality service you can trust. Easy swaps, no fuss.
